Why Rituals Changed the Way I Manifest (Especially When I couldn’t Sit Still)
“I used to believe I was doing it wrong - that my busy mind meant I couldn’t access stillness, couldn’t meditate properly, couldn’t manifest the way everyone else seemed to. But what I’ve come to understand is this: not everyone is designed to find clarity thought stillness. For some of us, especially with neurodivergent minds, the doorway is different.
For me that doorway became ritual.
Not rigid routines or forcing silence, but grounding, intentional moments I could feel. Holding, lighting, mixing, choosing - bringing manifestation out of my head and into my body. Because when the nervous system feels safe, clarity doesn’t have to be chased… it naturally arrives.”
