About Me

Guiding women through identity transformation, nervous system healing, and embodied change

Hi, I’m Jess 🩷

For most of my life, I’ve been fascinated by the energetics and by what actually creates change in people’s lives.

Why do some of us repeat the same emotional patterns over and over again, even when we desperately want something different? Why do we sometimes know what we want… but feel stuck living the same reality?

Those questions have shaped much of my life.

I originally followed a very traditional path and completed a double degree in Law and International Business, graduating in 2007. From the outside, everything looking structured and successful. But inside, I always felt a deeper pull to understand the human mind, our emotional patterns, and the unseen forces that shape how we experience life.

Over time that curiosity grew into something much bigger - a passion for understanding how we can actually transform our lives from the inside out.

Not just through positive thinking or pushing ourselves harder… but by changing the way our mind, body, nervous system, and energy work together.

That path eventually led me into coaching, energy work, and the deeper exploration of identity transformation and embodiment - work that now forms the foundation of how I support women today.

The Moment Everything Changed 🥀

In 2009, my life shifted in a way I could never have anticipated when my mum died by suicide.

It was one of the most heartbreaking and disorientating experiences of my life, and it cracked open everything I thought

I understand about resilience, identity, and what it really means to heal.

When something like that happens, you don’t just move on. You begin asking deeper questions.

I found myself searching for answers - trying to understand how our inner world shapes our outer lives, why some experiences leave such deep imprints within us, and how true healing and transformation actually occur.

That search led me down a path of deep personal exploration. I immersed myself in personal development, studied coaching, Reiki, mediumship, and embodied energetics, and begin doing the inner work myself.

What I came to understand through those years in something now sits at the heart of my work:

Real transformation doesn’t happen by forcing yourself to change or pretending everything is fine.

It happens when you begin gently shifting the patterns held within your mind, your nervous system, your body, and your identity. When you choose expansion over contraction.

When those internal patterns begin to change, something remarkable happens - your experience of life begins to change too.

And that’s the work I feel deeply called to guide women through today.

The Work I Do Today ✨

Many of the women who find their way to me are intelligent, capable, and self-aware, yet they feel stuck repeating the same emotional patterns or disconnected from their deeper purpose.

When challenges arise they can find themselves slip back into a reactive state - feeling overwhelmed, contracted, or caught in their nervous system - but they’re open to learning how to return themselves through breath, spaciousness, and a more regulated way of being.

My work blends identity transformation, nervous system regulation, energetic awareness, and simple daily rituals that support real, lasting change.

Rather than trying to fix yourself or push through life with more effort, this work invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and begin embodying the woman you’re becoming.

Today, I work with women who feel ready for change, but aren’t sure how to create it.

“Real transformation begins when you stop trying to fix yourself and start reconnecting with who you truly are.”

Beyond My Work 🌱

Outside of my work, I’m a mother of three, wife and someone who’s learned that life is as much about joy, play, and presence as it is growth and transformation. Raising neurodiverse children has taught me patience, resilience, and the beauty of seeing the world in new and unexpected ways - and it reminds me every day how important it is to honour each person’s unique rhythm.

Our family has also faced challenges along the way, including medical struggles with our children. Life hasn’t always been easy, and things haven’t always gone according to plan. But in those moments, we’ve consciously done the inner work, relied on our resilience, and chosen to create a life that feels aligned with our values and dreams.

Over the years, we’ve manifested a home that nourishes us, crafted meaningful family rituals, and celebrated small and big victories alike - from memorable holidays to Disneyland to everyday moments of calm and connection. These experiences have taught me that transformation isn’t only about big breakthroughs; it’s about showing up, doing the work, and choosing growth and possibility even when life feels hard.

For me, the little moments matter just as much as the big ones - a laugh shared at the dinner table, a quiet morning with a cup of tea, or feeling fully present while around our beautiful neighbourhood. It’s these moments that remind me why the work I do is so meaningful: because we can create lives that feel nourishing, joyful, and deeply connected to who we truly are.

I love bringing this same sense of warmth, presence, and possibility into the work that I do.

Life is meant to be lived - fully embodied, and with as much joy, play, and intention as we can invite in.

If something in these words resonates with you, trust that feeling.

Often the desire for change begins quietly - a sense that you’re ready to live in a way that feels more aligned, more peaceful, and more true to who you are.

Supporting women through that process is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
