I support women who are curious about Reiki, energy healing, intuition and spiritual development, but want to learn in a way that feels safe, simple and grounded.
Whether your beginning your Reiki journey, wanting to develop your intuition, or feeling called to trust yourself more deeply, my work is here to help you come back to yourself - gently, practically and without pressure.

I know what it feels like to sense things deeply, to feel other people’s energy, to receive gut feelings, signs or inner nudges - and then question whether you’re making it all up.
I know what it feels like to be drawn to energy work, Reiki, oracle cards, intuition or spiritual tools, but not know where to begin.
And I also know how overwhelming this space can feel when the language is too complicated, too mystical, or too far removed from everyday life.

My path into Reiki, intuition and energy work wasn’t about trying to become someone different.
It was about learning how to understand myself more deeply.
Over the years, I’ve walked through many seasons of life, motherhood, business, grief, personal growth and rebuilding. Like many women, I know what it feels like to carry a lot, hold things together, and still feel that quiet pull toward something more.
Reiki and intuition gave me the language for what I had always felt.
They helped me understand energy, healing, sensitivity, inner guidance and the deeper knowing that had always been there. They helped me reconnect with myself.
And now this is what I love helping other women do.
