Maybe You’re Not Stuck - Maybe You’re Becoming…

Lately, I’ve been sitting with this feeling of in-between.
Not quite where I used to be…
but not fully where I know I’m going either.
And if I’m honest, there are moments where my mind wants to call that “stuck.”
Like I should have more clarity by now.
More direction.
More certainty in who I’m becoming.
But the more I slow down and actually listen to myself…
the more I realise -
I don’t think I’m stuck at all.
I think I’m in a season of becoming.
I’ve noticed how easy it is, in these spaces, to fall back into old patterns.
The overthinking.
The questioning.
The quiet self-doubt that creeps in when things feel uncertain.
And it’s not because I’ve gone backwards…
It’s because this is the edge of something new.
And edges are uncomfortable.
What feels different this time though…
is that I’m not trying to rush myself out of it.
I’m not forcing clarity.
I’m not trying to “fix” where I am.
I’m just… learning to sit with it.
To breath in it.
To trust that something is shifting, even if I can’t fully see it yet.
A reminder I keep coming back to ( and maybe you need this too):
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to rush the process.
You don’t need to become someone else to create change.
You just need to come back to yourself.
Gently.
Honestly.
Again and again.
This is the work I keep finding myself in… not just for me, but in the way I support others too.
Learning how to feel safe in your own body. How to slow your nervous system down. How to stop repeating the same patterns that once protected you, but no longer serve you.
Not in a forceful way - but in a way that actually feels grounding… and real.
So if you’re in your own in-between right now…
Maybe nothing has gone wrong.
Maybe you’re not behind.
Maybe you’re just in the part of the story where things are quietly rearranging.
I’m reminding myself of this today:
Clarity doesn’t come from pressure.
It comes from connection.
And sometimes…
connection looks like pausing long enough to hear your own truth again.
