mini coaching session & a reading

My readings are very different to any psychic medium reading you may have had in the past, I don’t tell you your past, present and future. I like to work a little differently…. 

In this 90 minute session, I begin the first 30 minutes by connecting directly with your spirit team asking them for any messages or guidance they have for you at present. No two readings are the same but generally I’m shown 2-3 past lives. These past lives often help my clients see that their current lived experiences are being energetically blocked by old soul contracts, karmic debt or beliefs from these past lives. This helps to explain a lot particularly if you are experiencing frustration, confusion or no movement in your romantic relationships or your career.

Then I get you on a zoom call and we have a chat about you and where where your at, what you feel your blocks are right now and where you feel your being called. This helps me to guide the reading in the right direction and ask your spirit team the right questions. There’s nothing worse than receiving a reading from a psychic about your future career changes when your desperate to know more about your future romantic relationships! 

We then move into the next phase of your reading and we look to the cards for guidance. Often the cards will compliment the messages from your spirt team and past life experiences. I will go into quite a lot of detail here about your past lives and why things are transpiring for you in the way they are right now. Many of my clients have been shocked by what’s come up for them for eg an understanding as to why they get triggered by loud noises, why they have always been fascinated cherry blossoms or why they are reluctant to step up their business . For many clients they have this aha moment of their soul remembering that lifetime! This can be a both a very powerful and transformative experience.

Sometimes I will receive messages from departed loved ones and the focus will move into a mediumship read however I am always guided by spirit and what they would like you to feel, hear and see in this present moment. 

After the session I will email you some action steps to help you create some momentum in your life and get you moving forward to manifesting your big dreams and goals! This can be in the form of releasing techniques for energetic blocks, spiritual development tasks or information on how to connect to your own spirit team for greater guidance.
