In 2010 I'd lost everything - my mother, my partner, my career and my purpose. Instead of having a hopeful heart it was filled with grief, trauma, depression and anxiety. I was a mess. I was so desperate for the pain to stop that I tried to take my own life. 

I felt like such a failure as a mother, and I would often find myself questioning whether someone else could be a. better mother to my child.  I remember saying to God, "If I survive this chapter of my life, I will do whatever it takes to bring hope, love and support to other mothers who might be feeling these same feelings."
