Each month we explore a different topic, ground through a sacred cacao ceremony, and feel elevated by a divine sound healing & high-frequency meditation.

What is the date and start time of the women's circles?
Elevated, our monthly women's circles are held on the first Tuesday of the month starting at 7pm to 8:30pm
What if I change my mind or can't attend?
Unfortunately there are no refunds, so please ensure you're able to attend otherwise you're most welcome to gift it to a friend.
What do I need to bring?
There is nothing you need to bring as everything you need will be provided. However, some of our ladies love to bring their own pillow and blanket for the sound bowl and meditation, so they feel really safe and secure in their nervous system.
You are also most welcome to bring a pen, your own journal and a bottle of water if you'd like.
Are the monthly womens circles just for women?
Yes, Elevated, our monthly women's circles are designed specifically for women and focuses on the cyclic nature of the woman and the importance of embracing her divine feminine power! It also means that we have a really nurturing, nourishing space for our ladies to land, share and be in their truth.
Can I gift my ticket to someone else if I can't attend?
You sure can, simply send them the confirmation email to them and email info@jesssermak.com their name, email and phone number so we can get in touch with them if anything changes.
