Meet Jess - Your Teacher
"When the Student is Ready the Reiki Teacher will Appear"
My Reiki journey began around six years ago, during a time when I was deeply seeking something to support my own healing. I didn't jump into offering sessions straight away - instead, I allowed the energy to work through me, to gently open and align me from the inside out.
About a year later, I began sharing Reiki with others - starting with family, then gradually opening my space to those who were guided to me. Over the past four years, I've offered Reiki and Reading Sessions that have supported deep transformation for my clients.
Alongside my Reiki practice, I studied Embodied Energetics, which deepened my understanding of how the body holds and processes energy and the energetic journey of the soul. I'm also a trained psychic medium and certified life coach and I weave this intuitive insight into the way I teach and hold space. Reiki didn't just help me heal - it reconnected me to my soul and awakened a deep remembrance that I've walked this path before. I truly believe I've been a healer in lifetimes past, and I'm here again now, to help you remember your own light, your gifts and your power to heal.

Do I need any prior experience with energy healing or spirituality to join?
Not at all! Reiki Level 1 is designed for complete beginners, so no previous experience is needed. Whether you're simply curious about energy healing or feeling called to explore your spiritual path, this course will guide you step by step from the very beginning. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn.
How is the course delivered?
This course is a mix of self-paced online modules and a one-on-one Zoom session with me. You can complete the content in your own time and we'll connect personally for your Reiki attunement and support.
What is an attunement, and why is it important?
The attunement is a sacred energetic process that opens you to channel Reiki energy. It's what truly activates your ability to use Reiki. I'll guide you through this in a one-to-one Zoom session in a calm, supportive space.
Will I be certified at the end of this course?
Yes! Upon completion you'll receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate, which acknowledges your training and attunement. This allows you to begin offering Reiki to yourself and others in an informal or personal setting.
Can I use Reiki on others after Level 1?
Yes - you'lll be able to offer Reiki to family, friends, food, pets, plants and yourself. Level 1 focuses on personal healing and foundational practice, and many students begin sharing Reiki informally right away.
What if I'm nervous or unsure if I'm intuitive enough?
You're not alone - and this is so normal. This course will help you trust your own energy and begin to awaken your natural intuitive gifts. Reiki is a gentle and loving practice that meets you exactly where you are.
What happens after Level 1? Is there a next step?
Yes - Reiki Level 1 is just the beginning of your journey. Once you feel confident and comfortable with your practice, you may feel called to continue on to Reiki Level 2, where you'll learn how to send Reiki across time and space, work with sacred symbold and begin offering sessions professionally if you wish.
Do you offer Reiki Level 2 or Reiki Master Training?
Yes, I offer both Level 2 and Reiki Master training for those who feel called to deepen their path. Many students choose to continue their journey after integrating Level 1. These next levels offer even more advanced tools, intuitive expansion, and soul-aligned leadership as a light worker. You'll be supported every step of the way.
